I have a suggestion for improving the service: many storage companies provide forklifts on-site to assist customers with loading and unloading, as it can be difficult for every customer to bring their own. Having forklifts available on-site for customer use would make the process much easier and more efficient.”

Awesome New place! The place is brand new and everything looks clean I went inside and was greeted with a welcoming environment by two staff, Tas and Megh are very friendly and they answered all my questions and explained to me where is everything located. I definitely will recommend this new place!

Excellent facilities and staff! Muneeb (the store manager) is pretty hands on! He worked with us directly and showed us the location, what we should get for packing, how big our space should be and so on. The staff there, Megha and Peter, were also extremely helpful throughout the process. It felt like a breeze even though this was my first experience ever with a storage facility. The process was also smooth. There were only a few documents we had to sign and it was all done. Highly recommend the place for storage purposes!

I visited Access Storage in Woodbridge on Jane street. Muneeb the manager and Megha his staff were outstanding. The unit was spotless and the facility was easy to get into. He gave me a tour of the facility and took my concerns and address them all. I can’t say enough about the service I got from him. The value discount was also fantastic and he addressed my budget and timelines with great care. Thank you Muneed and Megha.
